This happened at an Indian curry restaurant in Germany.

I wanted some extra rice,
so I tried my German and said:

“Hallo, ich möchte noch ein Reis, bitte.”

Immediately, my kids burst out laughing.

I had no idea why,
until they told me…

Apparently, I had just ordered one single grain of rice
instead of a whole extra serving.

“My mom just ordered one grain of rice!”
they giggled.

I couldn’t help laughing too.
The restaurant smelled like curry,
and the moment was just funny.

Nothing serious, just a tiny mix-up that made everyone laugh. 🙂
